This website is operated by Lyndon Mang, an independent Toyota sales consultant in Trinidad and Tobago. It is a personal consultant site used to share vehicle information and to receive enquiries. It is not the official website of Toyota Trinidad and Tobago Limited or of Toyota Motor Corporation.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site. Depending on the form, that may include your name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address, the vehicle you are interested in, your indicative budget and deposit, employment status, and details or photographs of a vehicle you wish to trade in.
We also record basic technical information that arrives with a submission, such as the page you submitted from and any campaign reference in the link you followed.
How we use your information
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, to discuss financing or trade-in options, and to arrange a test drive or delivery. We may contact you by WhatsApp, telephone or email using the details you provide.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.
How your information is stored and shared
Enquiries are emailed to the consultant and stored on this website's server so that they can be followed up. Access is limited to the consultant.
Where it is necessary to progress your enquiry, relevant details may be shared with the dealership or with a financial institution you ask us to approach. Any credit application you make is assessed by that institution under its own terms and privacy practices, not ours.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to tell you what enquiry information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. Write to the email address shown on this site and we will action your request.
